BOYD, JOHN [1]*

Carpenter, of Dublin. In January 1821 John Boyd petitioned Dublin Corporation that he be paid £4.11s.2d 'for work done at the City Marshalsea in the month of April last'.(1) A person of this name was admitted a freeman of Dublin as a member of the Carpenters' Guild by Grace Especial at Midummer 1771.(2)
