'CE' and contractor,(1) of Sandymount and Donnybrook, Dublin. James Dougan was born in Co. Armagh in 1871 or 1872. He moved to Dublin circa 1902 and is recorded in the 1911 census as living with his wife Matilda, a son and two daughters at 4 Auburn Avenue, Pembroke West.
