Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Carpenter and builder, of Dublin, listed as such in Wilson's Dublin Directory, at 13 Abbey Street in 1824-5, at 4 King's Inns Street in 1833-4 and at 11 Stafford Street in 1835-7. A David Dobbin, member of the Guild of Carpenters, was admitted a Freeman of the City of Dublin at Easter 1813, (1) while David Dobbin of Liffey Street is named in a list of the master carpenters and builders of Dublin in March 1834.(2)
