Architect in Scotland, perhaps the son of WILLIAM JOHN DEVLIN WILLIAM JOHN DEVLIN . According to the brief notice of his death in Glasgow which appeared in the Irish Builder of 27 February 1954, he 'with his father, was responsible for the designing of churches, chapels and monasteries throughout Scotland' and 'co-operated in the building of the Daniel O'Connell Memorial Church at Cahirciveen, Co. Kerry'.
