Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and surveyor, of Dundalk, Co. Louth, and Banbridge, Co. Down, active from circa 1894 until 1902 or later. Joseph Deery was apprenticed to A.T. MCNAIR  MCNAIR of Dundalk. According to the Irish Builder, he was 'a first class Honorman in Drawing in the Department of HM Privy Council on Education, which he obtained in 1894'. In 1902 he opened offices in Dundalk and Banbridge.
