Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, of Dublin, active from 1810 or earlier until 1816 or later. A person of this name was admitted to the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 7 June 1787.(1) He may be the Thomas Coulton who was paid for installing a chimney piece and grates at the house in College Terrace of the head gardener at Trinity in 1818.(2)
