Painter, of Dublin, for whom see Theo Snoddy, Dictionary of Irish Artists: 20th Century (1996), 70-71. Collie, who was born in 1904, painted Stations of the Cross for Cavan Catholic Cathedral(1) and an altarpiece for the Church of St Brigid, Killester, Co. Dublin.(2) He died circa 1975.
