Architect, of Belfast. Charles Chevers, who was born circa 1853, was proposed for membership of the RIAI on 23 March 1885 by WILLIAM JOHN FENNELL , seconded by SAMUEL PATRICK CLOSE and WILLIAM BATT. (1) He died in Belfast early in 1898 at the age of forty five, having married in 1891.(2) His pupils and assistants included HUGH LAMONT.
