Nature: External & internal improvements including new chancel. Reopened 25 Jan 1881 and consecrated 29 Sep 1881. Contractors: Irwin Bros, Ballybay. Carving on communion table by James McKean, Esq., JP, Larragh House, under whose personal supervision entire altar was made.Embroidered hangings on E wall made and donated by Mrs French, Ballybay House.
