Grant  from Board of First Fruits for building same on site of old church ruins requested in memorial of Timothy Nowlan, Thomas Shaw and Robert shaw dated 9 Oct 1814.  Church built by aid of gift from Board of First Fruits of £830 and consecrated, 30 Jun 1816.
