Nature: Italianate remodelling of earlier house, for Robert Garmany McCruM attributed to Y & M by Mulligan, while Harron admits possibility of their having designed it. Constructed in mass concrete, & reputedly first in Ireland to be lit by hydroelectric power.  Also gate lodge.
