Opened by Lord Aberdeen, Lord Lieutenant, 30 Oct 1907. Contractor: W.J. Campbell & Son. Cost: £100,000. Large addition (consisting of 11 rooms at back of building), built 1909-10. Opened by Lord Mayor of Belfast, 3 May 1910. Contractor: Robert Corry. Cost:£8,000.
