New bank premises in Palladian style, with frontage of 163 ft. Corinthian order. Local limestone with chief carved work in Portland stone. Carved semi-circular panels in parapet depict Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Shipping. Shields over windows bear arms of principal cities where Provincial Banking Co,. has banks.
