Nature: New English Decorated Gothic church to seat 600. FS laid 3 Jun 1893. Chancel & transepts consecrated 21(or 22?) Apr 1894. Nave added 1905-6. Scrabo sandstone with Aberfoyle slates. Contractor: W.J. Campbell & Son. (HS's brother Richard was rector of this church.)
