Nature: Italianate building on site of former Plough Hotel (forming extension to Forster Green's tea warehouse??) rapidly approaching completion in Jan 1867. 40ft of 60ft frontage occupied by Grattan & Co, druggists, remainder by Gilbey & Co., wine merchants. 'Grattan and Co. 1828' inscr. on balustrade. Builder: W.B. McMaster. (Demolished)
