Nature: Extensive works, including repewing. Contract given to Sharp, builder, Kells. Works complete, Sep 1878, with exception of pulpit, which is to be gift from Mr Morgan of Flower Hill in memory of his father and mother. Restoration 'all but complete' by Jul 1879 at cost of £1,150; includes reseating, new oak pulpit, tiling of chancel, brass chancel rails, new communion table.
