Letter from Richard Morrison's lawyers, Robert Reeves & Son, to Godfrey, 25 Feb 1823, requests payment of his account 'for building your House and Offices'; forwarding this to his lawyer, Matthew Franks, 28 Feb 1823, Godfrey complains, 'Never have I got so little value for my money...'.
