Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, who in 1817 prepared a specification and estimate for building a market house at Kenagh, Co. Longford, for Thomas, first Viscount Newcomen, together with a plan and elevation of the same.(1) Possibly the same person as the George Chace, who is listed as a carpenter and builder of 68 Aungier Street, Dublin, in Wilson's Dublin Directory for 1835-7, and the Post Office Dublin Directory for 1839.
