Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder, of Belfast and Newry. Thomas Byrne was the contractor for Armagh Roman Catholic Cathedral from 1854 onwards(1) and erected the tower of St John's cathedral, Limerick, in 1879-1883.(2)
