Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Nottingham-based partnership of Arthur William Brewill (d.1923) and Basil Edgar Baily (1869-1942), for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), I, 87-88 and 249.   In Dublin Brewill & Baily remodelled the mid-eighteenth century Guinness hop store in Echlin Street, Dublin, in 1901 as an experimental malt house.(1)
