Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Waterford City.   Moses Robinson was evidently also an entrepreneur.  He was resident in the Sheriff's Prison in Dublin in February 1819, when he petitioned Government to make money available to him from  the funds for encouraging trade and industry so that he might realise his ambition to purchase the Geneva Barracks in Co. Waterford; he also asked whether he might sell his interest in the Waterford custom house to the Customs Board.(1)
