Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Builder and 'architect', of Tuam, Co. Galway, active in the 1840s.(1) He was the architect of the Catholic church at Kilbannon, Co. Galway, dedicated on 6 September 1846.(2) On the evidence of the various references to him in the Tuam Herald, he was evidently a person of some standing in the town.(3)   The marriage of his youngest son, John, at St Andrew's, Westland Row, Dublin, on 20 August 1878, is recorded in the Irish Times of 23 August.
