Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Decorative painter, who executed the ceiling in the drawing-room (and perhaps also a corridor) at Humewood, Co. Wicklow,(1) and the ceiling in nearby Talbotstown Catholic church. (2)   Grispini has not been identified but may possibly be connected to the Italian portrait painter Filippo Grispini, born in Tarquinia circa 1824, who was active in London from the 1860s until the 1880s.
