Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Priest in the diocese of Ardagh and Clonmacnoise, active from the 1840s or earlier until the 1860s or later, who, according to O'Rorke, designed the church at Ballinagar, Co. Sligo.  The parishioners 'were frightened' by his Gothic designs and attempted to persuade him to build an 'old-fashioned, barn-like church'.
