Civil engineer, of Limerick, who published his Plan for improving the port and quays of Limerick in Dublin in 1836. He may be the person who appears as 'Clements & Son', architects, of Thomas Street, Limerick, in Deane's Limerick Almanack, Directory and Advertiser for 1838. He was the father of HENRY CLEMENTS. (1)
