Alderman of Cork City during the 1730s and 1740s who made a plan for a new workhouse in the city in the winter of 1736-37.(1) Whether his plan was executed is not recorded. The workhouse opened in 1748.(2) In 1747 he appears to have made plans for a new milk market which was to be built in Cork.(3)
