Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Surveyor and instrument maker of Essex Street, Dublin, active from circa 1709 until his death in 1749. Cave was surveyor to Christ Church cathedral, Dublin.(1) He was succeeded in his business by his son, another Thomas, who was active until 1756 or later.
