Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Ecclesiastical artist and stained glass designer, of London. Westlake became a partner in the firm of LAVERS LAVERS , BARRAUD & BARRAUD & amp; WESTLAKE  WESTLAKE in 1868 and was sole partner from 1880.(1) The firm executed the brasses in Christ Church, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, built to designs by THOMAS DREW  THOMAS DREW in 1882-1883.(2) Westlake also painted the fourteen Stations of the Cross in the choir of the chapel of St Patrick's College, Maynooth (completed in 1891) and was responsible for the design of the painted roof and figures.(3)
