Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Michael Gavigan or Gaffigan designed the Market House at Banbridge, built in 1833, for the third Marquess of Downshire.(1) His signed but undated designs survive in the Downshire MSS in the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland.(2) Almost certainly the same person as MICHAEL MCGAVIGAN MICHAEL MCGAVIGAN .
