Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Scottish architect, practising in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 1071, and Dictionary of Scottish Architects (www.scottisharchitects.org.uk). In 1929 Henry Thomas Wright won the competition for a new Mental Hospital at Ardee, Co. Louth, which was erected to his designs in 1930-1933.
