Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Carpenter and builder, of Richmond Street, Dublin, active from 1818 or earlier until the mid 1840s. Daniel Woodburn is listed as a carpenter at 7 Richmond Street in Wilson's Dublin Directory for the years 1818-1824 and at 11 Richmond Street for the years 1825-1831. He is described as 'carpenter and builder' from 1832, with an address at at 1 South Richmond Street in the editions for 1832 -1837. He continues to be listed at this address in the Post Office Dublin Directory for 1839 and 1844, but no longer appears in Pettigrew & Oulton's Almanac for 1847, which names Rosetta Doherty, 'milliner & straw bonnet maker' as the occupant of the premises.

A Daniel Woodburne, who is probably the same person, was admitted to the Dublin Society's schools of architecture and landscape & ornament in 1791.(1)
