Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

A John Turner was among the developers who built houses on the west side of Sackville Street , Dublin, in the 1750s.(1) Most or all of these men would have been associated with the building trades.

A person of this name was admitted to the Dublin Society's School of Drawing in Architecture on 9 October 1766.(2) Another signed an undated design for a church tower which is now in the National Library of Ireland.(3)
