Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and engineer, of Dublin, active in the 1880s and 1890s. Stedman Colclough, son of John Colclough(1) and Elizabeth (née Austin) and a younger brother of NOBLE CHARLES LETTE COLCLOUGH NOBLE CHARLES LETTE COLCLOUGH , was born in Dublin in 1853.  In 1881 he appears in the English census as a newly-married civil engineer, boarding with his wife Jane (née Lett) in Bury, Lancashire.   He died in 1895.
