Architect, of London, for biography of whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 754-5. In 1910 with FREDERICK DARE CLAPHAM FREDERICK DARE CLAPHAM , he entered a design in the competition for an extension to Queen's University, Belfast, which was placed second.(1) Clapham and Tanner exhibited the design at the Royal Academy in 1912.
