Architect, of London, active in the 1850s and 1860s, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 732. In 1858 Sullivan exhibited a design for 'a house for A. Coglan, Esq., to be erected near Templemore, Ireland' at the Royal Academy.(1)
