English architect, of St Leonard's-on-Sea, Sussex, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 830. Philip Henry Tree and I.S. Price gained second place in the competition for the Church of the Second Congregation, Elmwood Avenue, Belfast, in 1895.(1)
