Architectural partnership of GEORGE PHILIP BELL  GEORGE PHILIP BELL and ROGER HAYDOCK BELL  ROGER HAYDOCK BELL with REGINALD F. MALCOLMSON REGINALD F. MALCOLMSON , formed circa 1944.(1) Malcolmson subsequently emigrated to the United States.(2) Much of the practice's work was in public housing, particularly in Carrickfergus, Newtownards, Lurgan and Armagh.
