Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Dublin, active from the 1930s onwards. From 1936 until 1947 he was in partnership with Patrick C. O'Grady as O'Kelly & O'Grady. He died in 1988 or 1989.(1)

Pupils and assistants in the office of O'Kelly & O'Grady included Michael Halton.

RIAI: admitted student, 1934; member, 1936.
