Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and builder, of Waterford, active in the 1830s and 1840s. Terence O'Reilly was the builder of Waterford court house (1849). Girouard suggests that he might also have been the architect of the court house, and perhaps of the Franciscan church in Waterford.  He is listed as an architect, with an address at Scotch Quay, Waterford in Shearman's Commercial Directory for the Cities of Waterford and Kilkenny (1839).
