Town surveyor of Ennis, Co. Clare Joseph Francis O'Connor, who, according to the 1911 census, was born in Co. Clare in 1861 or 1862, was town surveyor of Ennis and an assistant county surveyor for Co. Clare from 1900 or earlier. At the time of the 1911 census he had been married to his wife, Frances, for seventeen years and had two daughters. See also FRANCIS O'CONNOR , who may possibly have been a relative.
