Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect and builder of Main Street, Strabane, listed as such in Pigot & Co.'s City of Dublin and Hibernian Provincial Directory (1824), 424. Nugent was the builder and architect of Tullyaughnish Church of Ireland church at Ramelton, Co. Donegal (1822) and of the First Presbyterian Church in Coleraine, Co. Derry (1827).(2)

Nature: New hall church, 3 bays wide with hipped roof. (Portico added 1833, not necessarily by Nugent?). Cost: £1,900.
