Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Architect, of Dundalk, Co. Louth, active from the 1890s to the 1910s. A.T. McNair is possibly identifiable as Andrew Thompson McNair (1870-1960), son of Henry McNair and Catherine Sloane, who was born in Dublin on 30 August 1870, married Agnes Forgey or Crane in Dublin in 1898 and had a son, Charles James, who was born in Dublin the following year.(1) He was employed on several occasions by McArdle, Moore & Co., brewers of Dundalk, and may have had the role of company architect.
