Town surveyor for Strabane, from 1875. William McCullough was elected to the position in October 1875 in the place of JOHN FREDERICK EVELYN BARNES. JOHN FREDERICK EVELYN BARNES. (1)  He may possibly be the 'William Mccullough, architect', of Ballyclare, co. Antrim, who leased a dwelling house and premises in Ballyclare from its four owners for 31 years from 1 May 1857.(2)
