Scottish architect, for whom see Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 105, and A. Stuart Gray, Edwardian Architecture (1985), 248-9. Alexander Mackenzie was placed third in the competition for additions to Queen's University, Belfast, in 1910.(1)
