Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Measurer, of Baggot Street, Dublin. Thomas Beahan, measurer, Baggot Street, is listed in Wilson's Dublin Directory for the years 1789 to 1794; the name changes to 'Thomas Beahan & Son' for the years 1795-1800. Perhaps Thomas Beahan is the same person as the Thomas Beaghan who was declared a runner-up for a premium at the Dublin Society's School of Architectural Drawing on 28 May 1767, while his son may be the Thomas Beaghan who was admitted to the School on 5 February 1795.(1)
