Engineer, of Dublin. Geoffrey Brennan Meenan, son of Patrick Meenan and his wife Ellen Welsh, was born in Co. Antrim (or Armagh?) on 13 November 1869.(1)  He is recorded in the 1911 census returns as living in Glasnevin with his wife, Mary, also from Co. Antrim, whom he had married circa 1901; he may have moved to Dublin on his marriage, as all his four children were born in Dublin. He prepared plans for the Committee of Management of Ballinasloe District Aylum, Co. Galway, in 1911 and 1915, but no other works are recorded.(2)

Addresses:(3) 94 Botanic Road, Glasnevin, <=1911-1915; 83 Botanic Road, Glasnevin, 1915->=1928.
