Director of barrack construction in the British War Office, 1909-1915, and FRIBA, for whom see Who Was Who (1929-1940), 926, and Directory of British Architects 1834-1914 (RIBA 2001), II, 162. In Ireland Harry Bell Measures designed a new ward block and boiler house at the military hospital, Arbour Hill, Dublin, in 1909.(1)
