Dictionary of Irish Architects 1720 - 1940

Carpenter and builder of 51 Bolton Street, Dublin, listed as such in Wilson's Dublin Directory for the years 1832-1837 and in the Post Office Annual Directory for 1839. He has disappeared from the directories by 1841. A James Lynch was admitted to the Dublin Society's School of Architectural Drawing on 30 November 1815,(1) and on 4 November 1818 a James Lynch was paid £21 for 'superintending the work in the Philosophy school' at Trinity College, Dublin.(2)
