Architectural partnership of JOHN CHARLES LEPPER JOHN CHARLES LEPPER and WILLIAM BERTRAM FENNELL WILLIAM BERTRAM FENNELL , active in Belfast circa 1900-5. The partnership carried out various works for the Ulster Bank during this period. Fennell gave up architecture to become a motor engineer, while Lepper continued to practise on his own.
