Architect, of Ballymena, Co. Antrim.   According to the 1911 census, James Kerr, the youngest son of David Kerr, shoemaker, of Ballymena, was born in Co. Antrim in 1896 or 1897.    He was active as an architect in Ballymena from 1he 1920s until the 1950s.

RSUA:(2) member from 1937 or earlier until 1962 or later.
